The user’s account area within Centremapslive clearly shows details of all orders placed and downloaded. The order details are colour coded to show licences approaching expiry and those that have expired. Users have the opportunity to replace licences that have expired at the click of a button.
For companies with multiple users the potential for multiple purchases of the same area is real. On www.centremapslive.com the user can see on screen if their area of interest has already been purchased by other users and is still in licence thus avoiding wasteful repurchases or allowing a new area of data to be purchased that complements the existing licensed mapping.
Account management
The account management facility allows structure within an account where users rights to levels of access are maintained and controlled by a central administrator. Three levels of user can be defined on the account:
Administrator – this level allows full access to the account area and account functions with the ability to manage the access rights of other users on the account and the ability to see all users purchased orders.
View/Capture/Buy User – this level gives users the ability to use all selection functions, to purchase orders and have full access to their own account area.
View/Capture User – this level allows the user all of the selection functions and the ability to save an order for others to commit to buy.
