Data management
CENTREMAPS helps customers to manage their data in two ways:
Data expiry notification
Data offered by suppliers such as Ordnance Survey is subject to usage only for a limited time; most commonly one year.
CENTREMAPS makes management of data simpler by notifying the user each month with a list of data approaching expiry in the next month and a list of expired data. If the data is still required, the customer can quickly reorder the required information from their account area.
Visual identification of existing orders
For companies with several employees (potentially from different offices) working on the same contracts or even for companies who simply buy a lot of extracts, it is easy to place a repeat purchase in error.
To help avoid this potentially costly error and also to help identify data ownership, CENTREMAPS offers the user the option to 'show previous orders' in the order interface. This option will show any orders placed in the location of interest which are of the product category selected (e.g. property level mapping).
This immediate and visual representation provides users with a fast and relevant way of monitoring data holdings.
