STEP 1 - Finding your area of interest
The image above shows the search screen on the interface.
To perform a search:
- type in a postcode or placename
- tick either the postcode or town option
- click OK
If only one exact match is found the overview screen on the right will zoom in on the required area.
If there are several results a list of the closest 10 will be shown for you to pick from. On selecting one of these the overview screen will zoom in.
Using the 'overview' screen:
The mapping can be moved around using the 'PAN' tool or zoomed in and out using the 'magnifying glass'.
The 'overview' mapping is not a sample of the data to be supplied but a location map for finding the area of interest and selecting the required mapping coverage.
Going to the next step:
The overview mapping can be moved at any time during the order.
Once happy that the area of interest is roughly correct, simply click on the 'NEXT' or '2. Product' button to go the next step in the ordering process.
