The ordering process can be accessed in one of two ways:
1) Browse the product pages:
This is recommended if you have not used the system before.
Follow use the sections on the home page to either view the products by category (e.g. street level mapping, road mapping, geological mapping... etc) or by Supplier (Ordnance Survey, British Geological Survey... etc)
You will find lots of information to help you decided on a product to meet your requirements and we recommend that you make the most of the samples available to be sure that the mapping will be delivered in the format best suited to you.
From the product page you will find a 'Buy Now' button which will take you to the Log-in screen.
Helpfully, this button will also pass a record of your product of interest so that you need not select it again in the order sytem.
2) Log-in from the front page
This alternative method provides a fast way to access the ordering process if you are familiar with our products and simply want to get started!

Logging in to the order system:
We require you to register yourself (just an e-mail address and password) if you are a new user. This provides instant access and the option to purchase by card.
There are no obligations, commitments or catches and we will not send any marketing about our product unless you specifically request to be kept up to date.
We ask for registration simply to allow us to provide you with a more personal and effective way to manage your mapping needs.
New users
As indicated above, access to the CENTREMAPSlive® system does require FREE registration with a minimum requirement of a valid e-mail address (your product delivery will use this address) and your choice of password.
You will also be required to type out a 'security code' shown on the screen which is not case sensitive. This helps to reduce automated systems from registering and is only required once when registering.
At this point you also have the opportunity to:
- Provide a Promotional Outlet Code - this will be a code starting 'CML...' provided by one of our outlets. Other promotional codes may be entered in the shopping basket.
- Request an invoicing account - this offers the chance for regular users expecting to spend more than £50 + VAT a month to pay by monthly invoice.
- Request updates on CENTREMAPSlive® system - an option to request updates about additions to this new and growing service.
- Request updates on CENTREMAPS® - an option to be kept up to date with all of the services and offers available from CENTREMAPS®
Existing users
Input your registered e-mail address and password to gain access to the system through your account.
If you have forgotten your password then enter your registered e-mail address and click the 'forgotten your password?' link to receive a confirmation e-mail.
Installing the SVG viewer
The ordering screen for the CENTREMAPSlive® system is powered in part by an Adobe SVG 'plug-in'. This requires a small download (2.3 MB) which currently supports only Internet Explorer on Windows (98 through to XP) and not AppleMAC.
Mozilla Firefox are working to develop their Adobe SVG support and we hope to offer the service via this browser soon.
We are currently testing support for AppleMAC systems.
If you do not have the Adobe SVG plug-in installed you will receive a link to a screen to download the software. Simply follow the instructions to 'RUN' the installation and when complete close the Adobe SVG window. You will then be able to use the 'click here to reload ' link to take you to the ordering screen.
