CENTREMAPSlive® has delighted the Geological community with a completely new way of viewing geological mapping.
Gone are the days of having to buy a paper map or wait days to receive raw geology data. CENTREMAPSlive® has not only introduced a way to select and receive instantly usable mapping in minutes but is delivering the product in the widely used pdf format.
As if receiving the mapping quickly weren't enough, the geology is also delivered in layers. This means that you the user can instantly decide whether to turn on or off the different categories which include bedrock geology, superficial geology and background mapping. Thus interpreting the mapping is far easier as you need not be swamped with all information, instead viewing just what you need.
The final icing on the cake is the inclusion of the British Geological Survey's Geosure product which informs the user about risks such as landslides, ground stability and sinking/swelling clays.
