Which Browser can I use?
In case you weren't aware, a "browser" is software on your computer that gives access to the internet. CentremapsLive is an on-line portal that has been tested & proven to work on the most popular browsers: - Google Chrome - Internet Explorer - Mozilla Firefox - Apple Safari
How do I order a map?
Simple... 5 easy steps: 1. Login 2. Search for your site location 3. Assign the relevant product 4. Define the map area. 5. Order & download
How do I download my map?
Once ordered all maps & data are available to be downloaded from your account area. Click "Download" and a Zip file containing your data will download to your computer. Often you will need to unzip / extract this file to begin using the data.
How do I unzip a file?
Find the zip folder > Right Click > select "Extract all..."
What is the cost of maps & data?
The real beauty of CentremapsLive is that you are in control. You get to download just the bit you need. There isn't a set price as every map is unique in its size. Rest assured we set our prices to be highly competitive.
Arrgghh the map I ordered is in the wrong location...
No problem. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of order date and we will be happy to refund and cancel your original order. Just log back onto CentremapsLive to replace.
My PDF Isn't Opening
