Tenure is included providing quick identification of key properties such as freehold and leasehold class. Company ownership is also included with both UK registered and overseas companies listed. By integrating this data into our mapping interface, we aim to provide our users with an immediate means to access comprehensive details of the land and property landscape across England and Wales.
Users will be able to order the data in a variety of formats with the first available being the SHP format GIS file. Following imminently are CAD and PDF formats, which can be layered over an Ordnance Survey Mastermap base allowing the understand the registered boundaries against the most detailed mapping of physical boundaries to suit their needs. This will make it easier for users to find the information they need and to make informed decisions about land and property ownership.
